At each transfer our limousine driver welcomes you inside the terminal with a poster bearing your name.
Our drivers have excellent knowledge of Quebec City, do not hesitate to ask them for advice about your upcoming stay, they are there for you! Our drivers are French speaking but do very well in English.
For all transportation from airports, we include 60 minutes of waiting time free of charge once your flight has landed. This gives you plenty of time to collect your luggage and clear customs if necessary.
Don’t worry, we track all incoming flights with flight trackers and so if your flight is late to its scheduled arrival time or if it arrives early, we will be informed and your driver will be there at the time your plane lands.
Arrival at YQB (Quebec City Jean-Lesage International Airport)
Domestic Arrival: If you are arriving from a flight from Canada, you will arrive on the domestic arrivals side of YQB. Your limousine driver will be waiting for you outside the baggage carousels with a sign with your name on it. Your vehicle will be parked just a few steps away, in the domestic arrivals limousine parking lot. Groupe Limo Québec has parking spaces at the domestic arrivals gate, so you will hardly need to walk and you will board your vehicle.
International Arrival: If you are arriving from an international flight, you will arrive at the international arrivals side of YQB. Your driver will wait for you outside customs with a poster with your name on it. Your limousine will be parked just a few steps away, in the international arrivals limousine parking lot. Groupe Limo Québec has parking spaces at the international arrivals gate, so you will hardly need to walk and you will board your vehicle
